Items with lorry symbols

These items have to be delivered by lorry.
Please e-mail or fax your address and we will
quote you a price e.g. inside the M25 up to
£45.00. |
All other items
(excluding jewellery and lighting) |
We charge £6.00 postage and packing
for all orders under £150.00. Over this
figure the delivery is free. We use Parcel
Force or courier services depending on the
size and weight of the parcel. A signature
will be required for acceptance of delivery. |
| Jewellery |
Jewellery will be sent by next day recorded
delivery.
The charge for this service is £5.00. |
| Lighting |
We charge £20.00 for delivery of each
order due to the fragility of the goods. |
| World Wide Deliveries |
It is not possible for us to send goods
out of the U.K. at present. |
Delivery Times
Non Furniture |
Please allow up to 7 working days for goods
to arrive. If there is going to be a delay,
because goods are out of stock (normally because
of heavy demand) we will inform you of the
new delivery date. |

When we receive your order we will inform
you of an aproximate delivery date. For certain
items this could be up to 6 weeks from placing
your order. |

The money for your order will be taken on
the day your goods are dispatched.
PAYMENT by CHEQUE
Please make cheques payable to Under The
Moon Ltd. writing your order number and
address on the back of the cheque. Goods
will be dispatched 5 working days from the
receipt of your cheque. |
| Furniture |
PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
When placing an order a 50% payment is required.
The remainder of the payment will be taken
when arranging your delivery. We will debit
your account with in a week of you placing
your order
PAYMENT by CHEQUE

address on the back of the cheque. Please
note: Goods can not be dispatched until
after 5 clear working days from receipt

| Returns
policy |
| If goods are faulty, we will
of course exchange them or refund your money
with out hesitation. We do not however accept
returned NON FAULTY GOODS once they have been
delivered unless it has been discussed with
Under the Moon and consent given. |
