The intelligence, insight and creativity was unparalleled
It's just been great speaking to (my Channel 4 mentor) because I leave inspired, thinking anything is possible! And I feel it's an exciting place to be right now, in the industry at my age and without any ties
The mentoring has been incredible. I feel I have so many more options now... It has also helped me feel part of a wider community with a clearer purpose, which also made a big difference
The wonderful mentoring network has already secured me my next job…and I have found the support (my mentor) has offered to be extraordinarily helpful. I called him only recently and, as you'd expect, he gave good counsel
Delighted to report Great British Property Scandal (also BAFTA nominated) picked up another big award last night, the prestigious multiplatform category at the broadcast Digital Awards, beating off stiff competition including the Paralympic.
Huge congratulations on the win for Property Scandal. It’s really exciting to see such a strong public service brand see off commercial rivals. I am thrilled for you. Thanks for all your hard work!
Really good journalism - totally nailed the May government’s failure to act. Very pacy. Good contributors. Good experiments. Learnt loads!
I can’t think of one form of factual storytelling that she isn’t a master at!
A belated thank you for your fantastic chairing at the festival. So many people told me how much they’d enjoyed – and indeed looked out for – events that you were chairing
Thanks as always for another masterful chairing job. Amazing feedback when I met a lot of them last night – and from the team who do this every year. They said best ever
As I mentioned, you are definitely the most consummate chair I have ever encountered!
You brought a briskness and energy that really made a difference…I have done loads of these sessions with pretty much the same people and that was by some distance the best
You were absolutely terrific Ruth and it was such a lively session
It was a real pleasure to work with you, I’ve received lots of positive feedback on the session, especially on how brilliant you were
These things only work when well led, so all the praise to you I think
I always feel an event is in safe hands when you are on stage and we have had so many comments from audience members about your skilful and professional questioning
You were a true professional and a fantastic presenter
The Fabulous Fashionistas event was utterly fantastic and people were clearly very engaged
Thank you for being such an excellent host
Just want to say what a brilliant job you did!
As always it was great to help you and your ideas. I heard great feedback from the event and followed the narrative as it emerged…I'm so pleased that it was a clear success for you
So how do you follow this! You pulled off an amazing conference
Very well done, I thought the conference was terrific, really relevant and useful
Thanks so much for your magnificent work. In future years when we have more diversity at the top of commissioning, we’ll have to remember how we got the project into existence in the first place, and a lot of it is down to your resilience
I just wanted to say it’s been a pleasure working with you…(the Commissioning Development Programme) has been such a success so far and I know in your very capable hands it will continue to be a great victory
It is all really appreciated, personally and by the BBC
